Preorder Policy

What is a preorder?

A preorder reserves your product before it is available for public sale. Your payment is collected at the time of the preorder. Your item ships once production is complete.

Ship dates

Estimated ship dates are stated at the time of preorder. These are estimates and may change. We will notify you by email if the ship date is updated.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund up to 7 days before the confirmed ship date by emailing care@reyahbeauty.com. After that window, cancellations are at our discretion.

If Reyah is unable to fulfill your preorder for any reason, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days.

Changes to your preorder

Requests to change your shade, design, or initials must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your preorder. Email care@reyahbeauty.com with your order number and the change requested. After 48 hours, changes may not be possible.

Delays

In the event of a significant delay, all preorder customers will be notified by email and given the option to cancel for a full refund.
