Your satisfaction matters. If something is not right, we want to make it right.
Standard orders
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition. To initiate a return, email care@reyahbeauty.com with your order number and reason.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
Preorders
Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the confirmed ship date. See our Preorder Policy for full details.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email care@reyahbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace or refund at no additional cost.
Non-returnable items
Customized items (personalized with initials) cannot be returned unless defective.
