Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Customized orders (with initials or design details) may take 5–7 business days.
Domestic shipping (US)
Standard shipping: 5–7 business days. Expedited options available at checkout once the store launches.
International shipping
International shipping is not available at launch. We will update this policy once international options are confirmed. Join the waitlist to be notified.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, email care@reyahbeauty.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve within 5 business days.
